Koreans are like a weird inbred pool of han chinese that are psychotic and depressed like the Japanese and psychotic and scamming like the Chinese.
This shitty psychotic depressed scamming chinese imitate other cultures and keep pumping half-witted japanese copies of things (hyundai = honda, samsung = sony) but somehow they managed to push some of Japan's products out of the way, while still getting mogged in the auto industry, they steve jobbed their way into the smartphone industry and used johnny's idol format in the most gregariously evolved and mass produced format to call it bts, double downed on promotion to the billions of audience in chink and sea monkey nations and parasitically live off Japan to build a house of cards to which the nation at face value looks like they have value but is completely devoid and empty and killing itself from inside outside of the seoul metropolitan city.
Their plastic surgery industry is just as hollow and empty outside of their well manicurer facade. Plastic surgery board corruption has been a widely publicized and many clinics have been shut down due to false advertising and aggressive marketing tactics that ruined millions of life. Surgeons and staff will often times skip necessary procedures to scrape the money off of desperate victims of kpop wonder wishers from foreign countries like china. The industry is dying due to their lack of professionality and malpractice. Their actual skills are worse than places like Thailand or South America. The reason why people still prefer Western surgeons is because of their medical and social standards.
Tl;dr do not travel to Korea for plastic surgery, you will be ripped off and you will likely be victim to malpractice and won't be able to do shit about it.
