In-person voice training services, if you've done enough voice training yourself. Trans voice feminization/masculinization might not be enough to sustain a business, so you could offer general vouce training lessons, like how vouce actors train.
You could try opening a small business. My neighborhood has a bunch of small businesses: ice cream shops, a shop for chocolates and souvenirs, restaurants, and maybe other things.

You could become a child caretaker/babysitter.
This isn't a practical so much as a fun idea, but it would be awesome to make your own chocolate from scratch and sell it at a high price.

Because you need to be educated on fowl rearing,breeding,you need to vaccinate them feed them,make sure they dont get sick,do procedures on them if they have defects,otherwise its cruel,take them to a vet if you cant etc. Etc. And thats just the bird stuff. They need special spaces,houses which you must clean daily,you need to provide them with X amount of space in order to be able to comply with your country or land's regulations regarding chicken and livestock. Then you have to have a LOT of social skills and even MORE connections and money to be able to sign a contract with some egg supplier. Theres extreme competition
