i've been back-and-forth on transitioning since around last summer. there's always been something keeping me from pulling the trigger; i went to a therapist and it helped me repress more healthily, but the thoughts never really went away. right now i'm worried about being able to have kids in the future; does E permanently sterilize you or will i have some leeway? i feel like it's a duty to my parents and family, i don't want to let them down

rule of thumb is to not count on it and freeze your sperm
