as in e pills? i think theoretically you could with high doses of e but taking too many pills (even sublingually) isnt advisable. if injections are possible for you thats definitely the best way to do monotherapy but admittedly im i dont actually know. there are some more knowledgeable people in hrtgen im sure you could ask

You can mono with pills but you shouldn't? It's potentially not good for your liver and will be more expensive to reach the same effective dose as injections. Use pills with an AA but injections can and probably should be mono. Unless one physically can't, you should probably switch to injections.

i had a moderate fear of needles as well which is why i was too scared to start with them. if you cant have someone else inject for you, there are a bunch of resources online that will help you get over the fear and hesitation. and it gets easier, its still a little anxiety-inducing for me every time i need to inject but the first time you do it is always the scariest.
