how do you treat/manage dysphoria without transitioning

there's got to be an actual answer, but most trannies online think that any alternative will be forced on them as "conversion therapy" so they won't even consider it

Develope a deep hatred and resentment to all transexuals and relish in every negative thing that happens to them as society turns on them knowing you've made the right decision. Works for male and female dysphorics.

thinking about it, post-transition, I would recommend getting a bf/gf that makes you feel completely comfortable being yourself, feminine or masculine. It would probably help you understand what you really need to feel fulfilled in life.

the best way to manage dysphoria without transitioning is by accepting yourself. this usually leads into transition so be careful.
