why is that? because people's sexual identity (not to be confused with gender identity) is developed through experiences, and our experiences differ.
most trans women have the experience of having lived through their childhood as a gender they don't associate themselves with. developing a diap kink is a cope for that, because it lets one, through regression, relive their early childhood experiences as the gender they are now. other differences in cis vs trans experience can also explain why agp is so much more likely to develop in trannies than in cissies
