There's not a big sapphic culture, and women rarely ever contribute to the artistic sphere in new genres anyway. There's exceptions, but they're not innovative or leading art forward like gay men do these days, and they likely won't ever at their actual numbers (truth is lots of girls are just straight). That's not a problem, that's the state of things.
