yes that is the peritoneal method but here stomach has the more general meaning of "things inside you" and not specifically the digestive organ. unlike the colon method it doens't interfere with your digestive organs and is the correct type of tissue for a vagina (ordinary outer skin is arguably better than the colon on that front)
