Recently got my bench to 3x5 200 lbs and it was pretty EZ, I think I'll finally reach 2 plates by the end of the year. Same with OHP, 3x5 120 lbs and 3x5 1 plate goal.
Then I'll be good with my strength and I'll switch to a higher rep bodybuilding type thing.

I'm working two jobs and studying for certifications. It's a rough time but working my ass off is my best bet rn.

Moving out with my girlfriend end of this month so that's gonna let me focus a lot more on my writing and art
However ny work is currently fucking me around with shifts and hours so now applying for new jobs, hopefully get something in a few weeks
