I think FTMs that are genuine about transitioning should be flat out banned from this board. You should have to go on reddit and cry about being a weak bitch and realize that youre literally already like every other male on the planet.

women shouldn't transition. transitioning should be reserved for failed males

it's spelled jiggling
giggling is a kind of laughter
just work out in loose clothes or at home
stop being a bitch about it and man up bucko
bulk and cut like a real body builder. stop asking transbians (the backbone of this board) how to exercise (those fat ugly dykes just don't)
instead, lurk /fit/
eat more protein
and do something every day. situps in your grandma's basement

If your issue with working out is things jiggling literally just eat less and lose weight first then put on muscle

going on /fit/ as a ftm will probably just make me even more ashamed. everyone there has already surpassed me in every way and thinks im a woman. i do it discretely

>>40303375
im already too skinny or so ive been told. i tried doing it more conciously for a while but i only lost fat on my arms and my bottom stayed the same

Lifting weights doesn't make your body jiggle
Why are you doing girl exercise?

Picrel is me. If you actually want advice, here are three important points.

(1) You are literally on steroids. Make the most of them. If you’re getting poondosed, fix it. Otherwise, your testosterone is going to be higher than that of every cis skinnyfat, microplastic-ridden soiboi out there—which is most men. So you don’t get to make excuses, just lift.

(2) Nobody at the gym is paying attention to you, especially not the ones you see as big and intimidating. I guarantee you they are all autistically fixated on their workout and body. I barely even register the existence of other people at my gym, other than to see if we’re in each other’s path or needing the same equipment. Unless you are doing retarded meme exercises or causing problems, in which case you might get a glance or two (at most), nobody gives a single fuck about you. Just lift.

(3) It only gets easier. Yes, it will feel a little awkward the first time you do a particular exercise or use a certain machine. Yes, it will feel a little awkward when you’re looking around because you don’t know where everything is. Yes, you’ll be weak as fuck when you start. But you’ll learn and you’ll get stronger if you are actually consistent. Consistency itself matters more than minmaxing some perfect routine. Just lift.

What do you want more: to temporarily feel a little awkward, or to never be fit?

ok true but its not just being embarassed its the embarassment itself that kinda makes me yank away from moving like putting hand over a stove. its not that much of a decision i take more like i got pavloved or something because of how often people would make comments or laugh at my form. ill try working out at home first to get over it properly

This is literally a female thought process; you are behaving as though all eyes are on you. Nobody is looking. There is no such thing as “embarrassment itself.” You can’t be embarrassed in an empty fucking room. You need to unlearn your female socialization.
