depends on the religion and your willingness to go with some more unusual interpretations of scripture.
atleast in (mainstream) christianity or islam. some jewish currents would awnser yes, some no so it depends (also with what parts of LGBT they have a problem with can vary).
don't know enough about non abrahamist. but i know at least of one christian heresies that would say that god is evil so breaking his laws is good so if good was against say homosexuality it would be moral to be homosexual.
i think some folk religions have their own regulations and concepts of sex and gender that don't map cleanly to the traditional anglo-european perspectives so there can be all sorts of stuff (like male and female being a matter of initiation therby allowing one to theoretically undergo a different from the asab)
and even if your religion is not accepting, than you are merely living a sinful life according to that religion and that might make people (incl. yourself) feel bad (or much worse) but you'd still be religious and lgbt.

if i am not mistaken there are some hints that the pedophilia is a later invention for poltical reasons (legitimizing accounts of his supposedly youngest wife by highliting her purity by making her younger)
also the guy on the stick was as far as we no no rabbi just a walking (unoffical) preacher (that seemed to be a trend back then)
