My prolactin is at 66ng/dl and I'm on CPA. Is it time to switch anti androgens? Or is that number not that bad since CPA (12,5mg/24hours) does increase prolactin? I don't know what to do and

I'm too scared of buying bathtub estrogen and all OTC injectable estrogen in my country sucks. I also may have contraindications to injectable estrogen because of headaches. Those peaks are really going to mess with me.
