High dose creatine will help. The gummies are very often bullshit with 0 creatine, so get creatine monohydrate powder and take 5g daily. Otherwise, high protein diet, resistance training 3x a week, and a good preworkout (I like gorilla mode, look it up). You can use a scoop of preworkout before your shift to improve your strength output a little bit. Muscle atrophy is a bitch, start hitting the gym now in order to have a hot, toned body with strength for doing stuff
