i just let the 'feminine' internal voice become more dominant. i have a 'masculine' one that i can let out as well but it doesn't really fit my presentation anymore and it always makes people uncomfortable in the same way i made people uncomfortable by letting out the feminine one when i was living as a man. if you don't already have a well of femininity to tap into i'm not sure if you can ever gain it, especially late in life. maybe take drugs? ppl do hypnosis but that always seemed like a sad cope honestly

Honestly the way i did it was just by watching the movements and mannerisms of people in my life who were effeminate or watching media with effeminate characters and seeing how the writers coded them that way through writing and body language
