getting a gun is too expensive and i dont want to stab and i dont have anything near me i could realistically jump from and i fucked up hanging myself last time so i don’t want to try that again so my next option is overdose so what kind of stuff can i get over the counter to overdose on and kill myself (preferably swallowable pills so i can take a bunch in a row to knock them down easily)
im sick of the dysphoria i cant keep fucking repressing but trooning out is a terrible idea because of my imposter syndrome and the fact i dont pass and never will and the constant scrutiny i put myself under when i was still on hrt when i was boymoding

i tried ODing 2.5 years ago and got really close to fucking myself over, like i did almost die, but i also got really close to having severe brain damage. i ended up in a coma for like 10 days and was stuck in the ICU for a few weeks. since then ive been in like nonstop psych treatment. ik telling u not to kys is meaningless, so just pls don't be dumb like me bc u might then not be lucky like i was.
