I don't have a leg day, I do basically the same exercises everytime I go to the gym, focusing on arms and upper back mostly. I wanna do more leg stuff but I really want to avoid sciatica flare-ups

What about trans women? For me it's squats, deadlifts, leg extension, leg curl, calf raise and hip abductions.
