day 8 of no estrogen and maybe its in my head but I already feel like i smell worse. I’ve also been getting these weird nerve sensations in my hands and feet and haven’t been sleeping well which isn’t great for my mental health. I’ve been thinking about relapsing every day thankfully I have no estrogen so i can’t make any rash decisions. why does detrooning have to be so hard bros
