im ftm and this happened once but it wasnt a woman, it was some poor guy that was going on the same path as me (i was walking behind him) kept looking back and walking significantly faster until he saw me crossing to the sidewalk he was on and started sprinting at full speed. i look harmless i feel sorry for him. he was most likely cis but maybe had a mental problem.
