If anything, a trans woman who's on HRT for 7+ years is also biologically female because all her body cells at that point developed during the presence of E which regulates the gene expression, both males and females carry the info for both sexes.
Chromosomally female would be more accurate, but at that point you're risking dealing with a certain grey area, a lot of female athletes who have XCI, so while they don't have the Y, most of their body cells have only X which makes them perform a lot better than cells with XX only, often on par with XY cells which results in far greater performance and endurance. But female sports feds aren't ready for that convo yet.
Ngl, I can't wait for the time where karyotype testing is mandatory for any sports, it'll be the end of female sports as an entertainment medium because strictly XX females athletes are dogwater, all top performers have some genetical fuckery going on, it'll be the age of true athletic mediocrity.
