I have played the visual novels and all the spinoffs. They're not good visual novels for someone not already into the genre already though. It's extremely cryptic with what you have to do to get all the endings. The anime is also just really good on its own.

I don't think any sort of harassment would stand at the job I work at. We had a kitchen manager who was a shithead and everyone collectively worked together to have him fired. I feel the exact same way. I prefer to be alone most of the time working on my little projects.
