a train is heading towards a crossroads with a 50/50 chance of going onto either track, tied to one track is an ftm and tied to the other is an mtf
there are two buttons next to you, one to guarantee the train heads for the ftm and one to head for the mtf, what do you do?
>>40334294 (OP)i wouldnt press anything since u said its 50/50 already.
ftm because pooners are inherently less valuable sorry
>>40334294 (OP)let the train run over the ftm. men are still men
>>40334294 (OP)jump on the track too because i'm at my limit
>>40334294 (OP)you already know how this board will answer. why can't people post anything interesting
>>40334294 (OP)put both of them on the same track with me and let the train run all of us over so we can be together in heaven
>>40334294 (OP)It's a game of morals and conscience.
The idea that there is nothing you can do to avert a disaster and that one person must die would mean that the only moral way would be to not play the game.
>>40334294 (OP)Press the button for the mtf but take her place on the tracks. She deserves to be happy
>>40334294 (OP)I turn 360 degrees and walk away
Not my problem
>>40334294 (OP)kill the mtf if she doesn't pass as an act of mercy
kill the mtf if she passes because i would be jealous
if the mtf passes too well, they're going down. if they're a twinkhon they'll be spared (my people). if they're a gigahon, it could go either way.
meanwhile, if the ftm passes, they'll be spared. if they're nonpassing in any way they're going down though.
if met with a twinkhon and a passoid ftm, i'd spare the ftm.
>>40334294 (OP)press both buttons simultaneously in the hope that something breaks, if i don't see a higher-probability way to help anyone
then figure out who arranged the situation and kill them
>>40334294 (OP)If I have to pick one I kill the ftm because the mtf might be my type. Neither of their lives are my responsibility. It's not like I strapped them down, and I'm presumably forced to pick between them, so it doesn't matter in any moral way who I kill.
