look at pictures of men and women (or compare them irl). notice their heads. not only do men tend to have prominent bony features (as in chin, brow, nose, jaw), but they are also usually shaped differently as well, and when compared to women of the same age are almost always noticeably larger. so large that they often appear too massive on people who dont have well developed (masculine) torsos, such as in op picrel (though her shoulders are decently wide so its offset a little)
