Does it actually work?
I have a 0.72 waist to hips ratio now. Would it get worse if I gained weight or would it get better? I tried gaining some weight and I think it got worse (I was 0.7 previously) and I didn't get more fat distribution around the hips. What do I do?
Does weight cycling actually work?

I don't know what you mean, but I see transgender women getting plastic surgery on their waist. Tummy tucks, ice sculp, if you think you are going to be a natural looking plastic surgery person, your dystopia is just like everyone else getting plastic surgery.

22.7 BMI when I was at 0.7 WHR
do you think I could get my WHR lower than 0.7?

gaining weight at 22.7 BMI isn't gonna lower your WHR dumbass. it's low enough, just be happy.
