~5 days HRT, did 2nd E subq shot in upper left portion of arm. I was doing some manual labor for about 3.5 hrs at my job and now I feel shaky as shit 2 hrs after injection. Should I stay up and wait?

did u eat enough? drink enough water? are u nervous from the injection? those could make you shakey and are the most likely culprits imo.
i haven't heard of the arm being used as an injection site though, usually butt, thighs, or belly. make sure you're following a guide.

It's probably food related. If you're doing Subq the the side and back of upper arms 3 inches below shoulder and 3 inches above elbow are valid injection sites. My reasoning was just that arms are closer in proximity to the brain than legs. I do feel a bit nervous injecting myself with stuff from someone's homebrew
