absolutely nona, though if her parents wouldn't be opposed I think the best solution would just be to give the girl the tools to express and be aware of what she's going through and inform her there is a solution and let her work it out with them first.

If they've shown signs since childhood and they're particularly precocious and self-aware for their age, I don't see the problem. Honestly I think if someone has at least mild dysphoria and receives proper support then the brain easily molds to a new role at that age, but society isn't really ready for that conversation.

it's not unusual for girls to hit puberty at 11, so i don't think hrt would be medically harmful. most of the benefit of puberty blockers at this age would just be more time to decide
