I developed epididymitis and it was severe, couldn't even walk, one ball was barely hanging there and the other was starting to get the same fleshy stuff around it, I had two options, endure the pain and hope the treatment helps me or remove them, the idea seemed kind of enticing but I was deathly afraid of procedures so I decided to keep them, it hurt like hell for years, they didn't even work properly, couldn't do any physical stuff or it would start stinging terribly.

i was eager to get an orchi and afterwards I was free of genital dysphoria but I'll never forget the night before the procedure I woke up in the middle of the night feeling panicked over the finality of it. Aside from that, the biggest issue here is the overall botched orchi, I had orchi as well, but mine was fairly free of any negatives, there's some discomfort during the recovery, but that's within the expectations. If I had that level of discomfort because of botched stitches, scarring, etc, I'd be pretty depressed as well. But that testosterone bit alone is just...
