If 95% of people woke up tomorrow as the opposite gender theyd just roll with it. Even if they might have preferred the previous one, they wouldnt mutilate their new bodies to try and pretend they were that gender again.

If most trannies woke up the opposite gender tomorrow, theyd just start trying to be their first gender again.
