BUT i think it's ok to want to keep things in this direction. for refugees proving dire danger they can be allowed in after being sent to liberalization re-education camps if they fail the test, and relocated if they fail again. (making them live with some gay muslims and non-muslims for a few months will fix most)
for anyone else they need to pass the test if they want to live here. if they don't think women should have the right to vote then they shouldn't have the right to vote here. and frankly this should apply to native citizen MAGAs too, but it's not practical to deport those people
the trump administration is screening entrants' social media for anything left-wing. in a dream world we'll do the opposite
