>>40370189 (OP)>How do I get gynecomastiaBy recreating the conditions that cause most people to develop it.
Fat people can grow gynecomastia which stays even if they lose weight. If you want gyno, gain weight.
But wait! That won't work for everyone! The important fat here is subcutaneous fat. Men who gain weight are more likely than women to gain visceral fat instead (T causes this), which does a much worse job at creating gyno than subq fat does as well as just being worse for your health. What you should REALLY do is take Pioglitazone, a diabetes drug, since it redirects fat from visceral deposites to subcutaneous deposits. And gain weight.
But wait! That won't work for everyone! Y'see, the reason you want subcutaneous fat *specifically*, is because it creates more aromatase, which leads to gyno. So what can you do to increase aromatase regardless of subcutaneous fat..?
Well... not much. There are some obscure and unusual drugs, but it's pretty unheard-of.
Okay, so what does aromatase do? And how does that lead to gyno? Maybe we can cut out the middleman?
Well, aromatase turns testosterone into estrogen. Estrogen makes you grow boobs. Gynecomastia is when you grow boobs due to estrogen. I know a lot of people act like they're some other thing, and that they look gross or whatever, but that's just because high testosterone interferes with breast development, and male distribution fat takes away some of what makes female boobs look the way they do.
That said, plenty of fat men have pretty female-looking ones due to just how high aromatase is making their estrogen levels go.
Okay, so what do we do about it?
- We can take Bicalutamide which clogs up Testosterone receptors and gives aromatase more chances to convert T into E before it binds to a receptor.
- We can take exogenous E to skip the need for aromatase.
High body fat -> High subcutaneous fat -> Increased Aromatase -> Converting T to E -> low T, high E -> Feminisation
or,
HRT -> low T, high E -> Feminisation
