How do I go from CPA to Bica?
Can I just take 50mg of bica a day with my usual 4mg oral E?

I ask this because supposedly you're supposed to take far more estrogen in order to suppress LH and T in the blood?

What if I just don't give a shit and just block all my ARs with bica, take my 4mg oral EV and ignore the LH and serum testosterone stuff? Would that be ok?

Bica takes time to build up in the blood. You should probably switch to injections anyway though.

bica takes 1-3months to build up, so wait before stopping with cpa
you only need 25mg if your T is under 50ng/dl (after 3 months on bica) and only 12.5mg if T under 25
if youre going to rely on high E to suppress LH and FSH youll need your levels to be around 200pg/ml likely more
if youre going to rely solely on bica to block your androgen receptors its okay but not ideal because bica actually activates receptors on bone and muscles, and it doesnt work well on testes if youre concerned about that

I don't understand why I have to lower testosterone if the receptors are all blocked

I'm going to repeat the question because I'm not too smart: what if I just take bica then just ignore the amount of testosterone and LH and just take my hormones

How is that bad?

But on that HRT diy website that everyone knows about they suggest 6 mg of estrogen with bica
So what's up with that?

The red tape to get your balls chopped off over here is insane

I don't really want to do injections because I have migraines and I'm going to have one every time I get an injection
Pills have worked fine in that regard
Got plenty of feminization with Just 4 mg and E at 60pgml 12 hours after taking my oral E
Why did I have to be trans fuck this sucks

How do gnrh modulators work?
Do I just take them just like it would take CPA? Or are they more complex medications?

what
>4 mg and E at 60pgml
low levels
you can technically do mono with oral E but goodluck with the increased risks that come with it i guess, there is also transdermal E

they are expensive, hard to find, injections or oral (new drugs) and vary from a pill once per day all the way to an injection every 3 months or so

You're not underdosed if you have had a lot of feminization less than 2 years into it

And high estrogen is associated with headaches, look it up
When you inject it peaks in your blood and your head explodes, mine in this case
