I don't have a lot of experience, but from what I have personally encountered, not all do. There's 2 m2f trannies at my workplace, neither if them pass as female, but only one of them (the fatter one) smells really strange... I would say it's like a mixture of bo, stale lard and formaldehyde. The other one smells normal (like a dude). I don't think trannies can pull off the nice female smell. There's also a ftm tranny I know and they smell quite normal.
