every woman has stories about guys who can't take no for an answer and harass or sexually assault them
many men treat women like second-class citizens or idiots for having a different upbringing, different interests and different priorities than them. it's like they are fully incapable of putting themselves in their shoes and seeing that they come from a different place in our culture and also deserve the inherent respect due to all people. Sure some women are unthoughtful as well and mistreat men, but I see this way more commonly from the other side, since "boy stuff = important, real" and "girl stuff = dumb, frivolous, vain" is drilled into people from a young age.

Why are men so horrible? I used to have lots of sympathy for men even after transitioning because I know their side and the sexism men face, especially those who don't fit to society's idea of a man, but men's behavior has made me dislike men somewhat. I already thought so as a child from what I'd observed, but transitioning has made me even more sure about the fact that misogyny is always wholly unjistified, while misandry usually has very reaonable justifications behind it, even if the stance of judging people based on gender is not reasonable.
