What are you held to a higher standard for? The only thing I can think of with trans people that you need to do to a higher standard is embody your gender. So if you are mtf, you need to brush up extra feminine. Yes, cis girl Sophie gets to walk out the door with no makeup and isn't misgendered or judged. You will be. That is to be expected. Be realistic.
