What do you even do? I'm a narcissist so I hate myself because all I do is think about myself. I repress the self hatred so I can be a member of society. Then I feel ashamed of wanting to be a tranny rather than being disgusted by being a man. But I hate being a man.

I think I should just go back to going to church but that's where I got the shame complex from anyways.

What you do is improve yourself until your reality matches your self-image. You need to think of yourself as a student you are teaching. You need to be patient with her. Hatred doesn't teach well. Compassion does.
