doctors don't care about you. do your research, and you'll probably be more knowledgeable than them
just get regular blood checks and you'll be fine

4mg/week estradiol enanthate and 50mg/2days bicalutamide will definitely be enough without the need for blood tests. There's no possibility of messing up

You learn enough about your endocrine system to know what you want. And you're going to need medical care at SOME point.

They're also generally limited in what they can do based on what regulation they have. Trannies never proved their methods are good to the standard of the AMA.

There's literally no possible way for things to go sideways though.

There's no possibility for these dosages to give you too little estrogen or not suppress your testosterone levels enough

Injectable estradiol has no probable side effects

Bica pills can negatively affect your liver just like all oral medication, but this is such a insignificant amount that your liver is far more likely to get damaged from antidepressants or any other very common medication

The only way to fuck this up is not disinfecting your skin and vial before injecting, but this can be discarded as i assume OP is not a clinically diagnosed drooling retard with a handler and <40 iq

I'm being an ass for good reason. You just exposed a pretty fucking important failure mode in being able to do injections properly. Sterilizing needles ect.

And you've seen enough anons here that assuming there are no drooling retards is not safe at all.

There is no hard or fast rules, While you're setting up, you need more, but once things stabilize you don't need as many. You only get one shot at your second puberty though.

You need the money for appearance, not the meds. If you only do injections, it's pretty cheap.

Maybe I should just inject, is sublingual much better than eating it? From my understanding its all pretty good, anything is better than swallowing.

I could do that, but just having a big tub of estradiol valerate that will keep for years that I can periodically compound is also pretty appealing since I wouldn't need to smuggle material in too often and I could experiment with different routes of application

just go right to the needle.
it hits the best, like any drug.
the amount of $ you save with injections vs pills will be enough you can focus on other things, like anti-androgens,progesterone,dht nukers, domperidone, pioglitazone, etc.
you should get your levels tested every 3 months. and learn what your high/low looks like and feels like.
once you know your high/low on your dose, you'll be okay. and can adjust accordinlgly.
i can terrible levels with pills. i would eat 10mg+ a day and have terrible levels.
if i take 10mg worth of injections my levels stay very high for over a week.

so 70mg of estradiol per week for shit levels vs 10mg of injected estradiol for high levels.

big difference.
go right to the needle.
like a junkie.
::eats a handful of hrt pills that are not estradiol for bedtime::

alcohol pads.
a box of 100-200 of them is cheap and that's enough for a year+
wipe your vial cap everytime, and wipe your injection site every time (outter thighs, butt cheeks, belly)
and you should consider not using the same needle twice.
so you should have drawing needles, to fill your syringe from the vial and measure out your dose.
and injection needles for sticking into your body. cause they do dull quickly, and you'll risk more pain and bleeding more if you use the same needle twice or more.
so use a new needle every time. they're cheap also too.

you should be able to get a 1+ year supply of estradiol for $50
and a 1+ year supply of alcohol pads + needles for probably $20-30

this is what they would tell you if you went to a clinic or doctor about it.
t.not a doctor.

Didn't know there's a thing like alcohol pads. I just spray from a bottle and wipe with a dry one. All the needles are single use and come sealed/sterile anyway. Probably don't even need the alcohol, as long as you do it at home after shower and properly wash your hands and stuff. The vial normally has a rubber stupper, you probably should clean that with alcohol now and then, and store in a closed space somewhere. Also subcutaneous injection uses shorter needle and is easier and probably safer to do.

When starting out official hrt at PlannedParenthood they make you test every 3 months which I think is good. After you've been on hrt for about a year with stable levels you can then start doing blood work every 6 months or so as long as you don't change your dose or anything.

Anon just do it start on a dose recommended and the adjust with blood testing every couple months until you find a spot thats nice. Also just start with injections if you can help it way better plus easier to find free if you know local trans people.
