I (MTF) figure that I am retarded. My fiance works late and doesn't get home until near midnight most nights. I went out to get some snacks and stuff before he got home and ran into a guy who looked like a crack head. He said he needed money to visit his mom at the hospital and I didn't have any cash to give him so I felt kinda bad about it. I tried to be polite and hear him out, he followed me home to tell the whole story, and when we got to my building he left.

Telling my bf this story last night he got increasingly worried as I went on and now he's asking me to not go out alone at night. Am I retarded or is he getting upset over nothing? Not every drug addict is automatically a bad person
