i cry a lot, drink, get high, do stupid things kinda just trying to die without doing it directly.

I did that too for a while, I really don't recommend it, it's just going to make your life a lot worse. I really wish there was a good way to cope. I used to play a lot of video games to distract myself when I was younger but now it doesn't work as well
