1) you don't have a "pot belly"
2) if you stay on E you might end up with a "pot belly" bc that's a place estrogen naturally distributes fat
3) you seem decently young? you're like 20, right? still plenty of time for your hips to grow, relative to your shoulders. even if you're 25+, fat redistribution will help you, a lot. and, hrt will cause you to lose muscle mass, so your shoulders and the width of your neck will become much less pronounced.

you're only 8 months. you could start growing hips literally any time in the next seven years (although somebody made a chart and i think hip growth normally takes place between 1 and 3 years hrt. of course it varies by person). when you're 25, you're going to be looking back at your male self like a distant memory. 25 is when i started transitioning. in like two years you will rog, mog, and bog me
