just rewatched that the other day. cillian's naked body (full frontal) definitely holds up. as does the choice to cast brendan gleason in that particular role. but the effects are so dated and the plotting is genuinely fucking retarded. like, almost unwatchably retarded. zombies appear whenever danny needs them for the plot and disappear just as conveniently. i did notice some homosexual subtext between the major and his little bitch boy that i didn't notice on first watch. otherwise, it's worth watching once for cillian's peen, and that's it
