and despite all this i have an insane libido. what is happening to me? the idea of sex is appealing but only in my mind, and the moment i'm with anyone else it's as if my fantasy shatters and i lose all interest. anyone else relate to this?

Yeah. I don’t have an interest in sexual relationships and I don’t want sex with other people without intimacy.
Despite this I still goon daily. Turns out hyper sexuality was a symptom of bipolar disorder.
You might want to see a psychiatrist if you have other symptoms and can afford it.
