In my experience the look dies out without hrt or extremely lucky genes. Look at Bjorn Andresen as he aged.
But laser and hrt for a few years has some long term feminization on the face. You'd have to go with a tranny or a detrans mtf who's face is long term feminized. You see even in ftms who detrans their faces stay masculinized long term even after reversing everything as much as possible.
