Gender theory is gross and delusional. There are two biological sexes and possibly disorders. If someone wants to take TRT or HRT or dress as a woman or dress as a man that's fine, but even then steroid usage in men is more often motivated by mental illness than self actualization.
With FtM it's really obvious that they're trying to escape female gender norms and sexuality is one component of the trauma they endured. Same applies to MtFs.
