Depends on your skin and hair.
~6 seems the be the figure if you are lucky. ~9 seems to be it for the unlucky.

somewhere between 5-10
do 95% of the way with laser and electro the remaining stubborn hairs, saves you a lot on both laser and electro fees
t. have done hair removal on most of my body

i think by 12 it should get thebulk and you mayhave patches and then jsut electrolysis the patches for final.

usually its like 6 sessions is 1 treatment.
so do that twice,
and then its probably cheaper to hit the rest with electrolysis.

if your hair isn't super thick/dark you can just start with electro. it'll probably save money in the long run

nobody cares vro. literally no one IRL cares. i see cis women with unshaven, hirsuty neckbeards weekly. and if you're out there clocking tranny pores i have bad news for you...

I have dark brown chocolate colored hair and I've had about 7 full-face treatments so far- 7 months on HRT. My technician made the settings a little more aggressive starting last session (it definitely hurt more than it has been).
Everything is significantly clearer, but my upper lip and chin are more stubborn. I just have a handful of lighter stray hairs on my cheeks and my neck is totally clear. I just shave with my electric razor a couple times a day when I feel dysphoric about it to keep it at bay but the shadow is still there.
I started with a Groupon at a local medspa but then switched to a "membership" that includes a monthly 10 minute session on anything you can fit in that time. A full face session only takes about 5 minutes so I just did some of my nape hair and my feet this last session. Will probably do my nipples or armpits next time.

nice! I had a pretty full beard pre-transition and it seems like some sessions are a little more immediately impactful than others but I'm just trusting the process and being consistent

yeah make sure to wait at least six weeks between sessions and tell them to put the power as high as possible (given your pain threshold of course)
I'm also elitist af so I went with a boutique where each session is $200... i'm most likely getting ripped off but so far they are keeping their promises

like, i dont really care about the hair itself because i have very little visible hair and just shaving its enough for people not notice it. but since my hair is very black and my skin is very fair, i have beard shadow. actually its just a mustache shadow. i dont have it on my chin or jaw, just between lips and nose. laser WILL fully remove it? thats what bothers me the most right now. not the hair itself because i dont have much, but i have enough to grow a "teenager mustache" and that leaves a shadow behind ;___;

Hairs on the side already gone, moustache is weak now, chin still has a significant amount of hair, that's 2 sessions, shaving has gotten much easier and quick.

You will electrolysis if you want PERMANENT removal. I did ~20 laser sessions and a majority came back within 3 years (off hrt). Electrolysis, if you go once a week for an hour, will get the majority within 6 months, but continues through 2 years.
