If you're fat pre-hrt, should you wait until you've lost weight to start it, or just start hrt as soon as you can?

i've lost a hundred pounds from when i started hrt till now. currently 18 months in
the main risk is harming breast development. my breasts are still small for my size, but once im done losing weight im gonna gain some back while on prog

I absolutely am, I have that womb pouch thing cis women have and my tummy isn't flat!!! I'm 2 years hrt, my fucking male fat hasn't gone away yet!!!!

I liked the way my face looked a lot better at 160 though, had a nice bit of buccal fat, made me look less masculine
