Sigh... americans...>_>

Mine turned out amazing looking tho it had some bubbles on top. Even tho i tapped it vigorously on the counter. I assume its because i overwhisked the eggs, or overwhipped them when i was incorporating, or maybe i overwhipped the cream

Its still chilling so i don't know the taste
