You just have to look after yourself. You can look good for your age, or bad for your age, but ultimately just look after yourself. People in past generations didn't understand how viral water was, or sunscreen. Just drinking 4 litres of water a day massively helps. I personally aim for 6 litres. Avoid the sun, stay in the shade, sunscreen everyday. Don't smoke, don't do drugs, don't drink alcohol.
The biggest barrier to dating at my age is finding someone that I like, because I don't tolerate bullshit anymore, I want to so mature things like travel, see lovely architecture and spend time in someone's company. Not be with a horny manchild.
