>1.
Yes to the first question, no to the second. Since we can only talk about probabilities when it comes to mental illnesses, then they all stem from a brain structure (innate) that is influenced by the outer world (change).
>2.
No to the first question, yes to the second.
Gender is limited by society. Society is made up of biological entities with sex.
It can change, but you need to consider the proverbial "humans don't have an endless imagination because they can't invent a new color".
>3.
No. They never know their gender. They act according to the limits of their own sex. It is instinctual. Emotions and irrational acts are what define gender. It is impossible to know without the Ratio (or the Logos, if you wanna say it in greek).
>4.
Yes. In fact they will always be mistaken about it because they are not omniscent. True knowledge requires full knowledge, which is unattainable by finite beings.
>5.
Yes. One is the cause of the other.
>6.
Yes. Importance is a metaphysical concept. It cannot be originated from scientific inquiry. Only the social interpretation (gender) of the scientific inquiry (sex) can therefore be valued.

>1. Is transness innate and cant ever change?
no. or at least not always. for example we have a lot of evidence that gender dysphoria is prevalent in rape victims as a defense mechanism, in which case if the person overcomes their trauma and stops disassociating from their natal sex they may stop identifying with the tranny label. this is just one example i can think of from the top of my head, im spitballing here
>2. Is gender fluid and can change from day to day?
gender is a made up, vague amalgamation of a concept. only sex is real, but if you want your body to look like a different sex on different days then i suppose you could identify as being genderfluid
>3. Do people always know their true gender?
there are no "true genders". gender is imposed by society and comprised of a bundle of stereotypes and meaningless categorization of neutral traits like long/short hair or certain types of clothing. so no
>4. Can people ever be mistaken about their own gender?
i dont like this phrasing or the concept of gender, but fine, ill play your games. if one decides that they want to present as a woman and backtracks and concludes they were more comfortable presenting as a man then by definition they were mistaken. the answer is yes
>5. Are gender and sex always different things?
no
>6. Is a persons gender more important than their sex?
no
Idk why did i write allat. such a waste of time. i should seek employement
