what are some good exercises for gymaxxing as a tranny? how can i achieve a more feminine physique? does anyone have any ideas about a training regimen?
>>40451581 (OP) just swing your legs around in all sorts of ways over 100x per day and eat good. try for full range of motion and feel the burn. your limitations are how weak you are. work them out. if you cant karate kick the top of your fridge from front/side/behind keep going.
