squats are too general, do things that target the gluteus and hip abductors specifically. You don't need volume in any other area.

just swing your legs around in all sorts of ways over 100x per day and eat good.
try for full range of motion and feel the burn.
your limitations are how weak you are.
work them out.
if you cant karate kick the top of your fridge from front/side/behind keep going.

Anything that develops your legs. Squats, lunges, band resistance. A lot of it will come down to your genetics however. Are you naturally thicc or have something of an ass already?
