Just have long legs, if you have proportionally long legs (especially femurs) literally anything you'll be doing with your legs, running, walking, or lifting weights, will be hitting your glutes. That's also why people with proportionally short legs have big thighs, everything they do goes through their quads.

Some minimal amount of activity after meals (probably more than 30 bodyweight squats though to be fair) can make the blood sugar peak less intense, which can help you avoid expressing the diabeeto phenotype. The diabeeto phenotype puts fat around your midsection instead of your glutesection. You don't want that!
Plus 30 squats will burn fuck all for calories. A full hour long weightlifting session probably won't even burn 200.
