putting t cream on your dick doesnt make your balls produce testosterone. people on steroids have shrunken testicles for the same reason trans women do: the body sees it has enough sex hormones and stops producing its own. low enough dose t cream once a week is fine for levels

My T's been suppressed for years and I can still get hard and another toppy transfem I know has had the same experience. I think this idea is perpetuated by bottoms who don't wanna use their dicks or get hard and so it atrophies and the "use it or lose it" thing applies
